Turn your dream vacation into a reality when you stay in this stunning one bedroom direct beachfront penthouse in Orange Beach, Alabama.
This fabulous penthouse offers endless upgrades and luxurious touches including updated electronics and a large balcony where the views are amazing. The living area affords plenty of seating including a sofa and two additional side chairs. Relax and watch the game or your favorite movie on the large smart TV. The best feature of the living area is the beachfront balcony access. Two large sliding glass doors open to the covered terrace with plenty of seating where you can enjoy your morning coffee, after dinner cocktail or delicious meal. The top floor has panoramic views of the beautiful gulf waters and white sands.
The kitchen offers everything you will need to prepare your favorite meal including upgraded stainless steel appliances and plenty of quartz countertops.
The master bedroom features a king bed with premium mattress and luxurious linens.
Our condo offers several sought after amenities including a beachfront outdoor pool with plenty of lounging, outdoor kiddie pool, and indoor heated pool, sauna, hot tubs, outdoor showers, exercise room, barbecue grills, tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, basketball, and right next-door (about a 1-2 minute walk) is a large game room open to our guest.
Your vacation in Orange Beach has something for everyone along its sprawling coast line; favorite activities include boat rentals, dolphin cruises, kayaking, parasailing and deep-sea fishing. Beyond the water the area has golf courses, amusement parks including OWA and Waterville, extensive opportunities for shopping at Tangor outlets or The Wharf. The Wharf also features fine dining and casual restaurants, bars, boutiques, a marina, laser tag, the largest Ferris wheel in the southeast, a 10,000 seat amphitheater that feature some of music’s biggest names year around and the nightly SPECTRA light and sound show on Main Street.
Across the street are three great restaurants; Fin & Fork, Ruby Slipper and Live Bait. In just a few minutes drive time there are dozens more restaurants, souvenir stores, arcade and laser tag, grocery stores and several areas for shopping.
Guests are allowed two vehicles on the premises. Except on holiday weekends only one vehicle is allowed. Each vehicle is required to purchases a parking pass at $35.32 which is good for the length of your stay.
Just bring beach towels and sunscreen and enjoy a fabulous vacation on the beautiful white sandy beaches of Orange Beach in a stunning penthouse.

Owner's cancellation policy:
- · If cancelled 30 days or more before check-in date a 75% of the nightly rate and taxes will be refunded minus credit card processing fee will be given. If you paid in full all security deposits and cleaning fees will be refunded in full.· If cancelled 29-14 days before check-in date a 50% of the nightly rate and taxes will be refunded minus credit card processing fee will be given. If you paid in full all security deposits and cleaning fees will be refunded in full.· If cancelled 14-0 day before check-in only the cleaning fee and security deposit will be given.· All monies will be refunded within 7 business days.Exceptions:If Orange Beach has evacuation orders due to a hurricane a refund for the nights you were required to leave will be given, as well as taxes for the refunded nights.REFUND OF STAY AND/OR SECURITY DEPOSITAll monies returned to guests will be issued within 7 business of cancellation or check out.
